We only collect personal data when you sign up for reminders or contact us via the online form. We will never give your details to anyone else or use them for any other purpose.
We aim to provide farmers markets and our services and products through support, promotion, advice and education to local producers and customers.
Most of the personal information we hold about you is provided by you, the information collected and held will vary and depend of the nature of the service we are providing.
Processing activity we will process personal information relating to :
- Emailing a monthly newsletter regarding the individual farmers markets (for customers)
- Advising relevant agencies for legal reasons ie. environmental health, trading standards, licensing teams etc., (for stallholders)
- Enquiries regarding attending a farmers market
- Record of stall payment
- Applying for grants
- Promotional activities
Information requirement – our processing activities may include:

- Address and business address
- Email address and phone numbers
- Licences and liability documents
Lawful basis – our basis for processing your personal information is necessary enable the farmers markets to operate

- Trading standards

Where processing your personal information is required for the performance of a public interest task your us have the right to object on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will have to demonstrate why it is appropriate for us to continue to use your personal data.
We use Google Analytics to measure how you use the website so we can make sure it meets your needs.
